Jambooks does not sell, rent, license, or distribute any of the information provided to the service for any reason. This includes personal information, telephone numbers, email addresses, names, payment information, or anything else related to the service. We never sell anything you provide us, ever.
The Jambooks website uses 256-bit SSL encryption, which means your interaction with Jambooks is private and secure.
Jambooks has a strict confidentiality policy within our organization regarding the information you share through Jambooks. All Jambooks staff members with access to your information, including access to your book and the responses of you and your Jammers, have passed a criminal background check and sex-offender registry check.
Please remember that no method or transmission of information over the Internet or through text is always 100% secure. That said, we use every possible, commercially acceptable means to ensure your privacy and protect your personal information.

Terms + Conditions
1. Messages are sent by Jambooks to users who have opted in to build collaborative photo books through texting. Messages include instructions and prompts to remind and encourage responses.
2. You can cancel the texting service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the text from. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you an texted message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at help@jambooks.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 60 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
